Year on year Zoe’s Angels Annual Gala gains momentum and sees more success. It’s the biggest fundraiser of the year for our small charity and really enables us to do a lot for the children and families that have to deal every single day with JIA and Lupus.
After last year’s gala raised just over $70,000, we saw this year hit a whopping $101,450! A huge achievement that enables us to do so much more, and locks in the ability to train a Paediatric Rheumatology Doctor Specialist for the QLD regional areas.
An enormous amount of work and support made this possible and from Zoe’s Angels and on behalf of all the children and families this helps we’d like to send a huge thank you to our sponsors:
Mark Cotterell Master Jeweller – Black Sponsor
This is the second consecutive year where Mark Cotterell has generously sponsored our Gala Event.
Primetime Marketing – Presenting Partner
Also the second year Ron and Tammy Yap, along with their team, have worked with Zoe’s Angels to present a most incredible evening with music, entertainment and great fundraising ideas and assistance.
Harcourts Pinnacle – Founding Partner
Since the very first gala event 4 years ago, Harcourts Pinnacle have always been at the forefront of organising and supporting the event. We are very proud and appreciative of their generous ongoing support.
The entire team at Harcourts Pinnacle has been helping support Zoe’s Angels, and their assistance on the Gala night ensures it runs smoothly.
McGreer Capital – Platinum Sponsor
And certainly in addition to all the above sponsors and donors, we must thank you to everyone else that attending the event and supported Zoe’s Angels. The funds you all helped us raise will make a considerable difference to many lives. Support of the above sponsors is appreciated as they all support us.
From a 2017 gala event attendee:
“I just wanted to thank you so much for the invite to the ball on Saturday night. I have been to a number of gala balls in my time and I can honestly say Saturday was by far the best I have been too. It was nothing short of amazing.
Katie and I spent all day talking about it with our colleagues in the Social Work Dept and I have no doubt next year you will have at least one table of Social Workers there to support Zoe’s Angels.
Again, thank you and thank you for all the amazing work Zoe’s Angels does for young people with JIA.”
